We have made it very simple to send emails to five prospects or 5,000.

Just follow these five easy steps!

1. Select Campaigns

You may have multiple campaigns on the grid so you select the one you want to email to your contacts by using the simple drop-down menu.

2. Select Contacts

You decide who receives the campaign, and how, by selecting from the following options:

• Send to a single NEW recipient – just fill in the details.
• Send to multiple existing contacts – select from your existing contacts.
• Send to a new database - just upload a new database and map it to the grid in a few minutes.

3. Build Your Email

The VMware Grid comes with a customizable HTML email to deliver a professional “look and feel” that enhances your messaging. For each email distribution you may:-

• Add a meaningful description of the email campaign you are about to release.
• Change the sender's name.
• Alter the subject line, salutation, body text etc.
• If you add new text we have also added a spell check feature.

4. Preview & Send

Review your email prior to sending it out. You can go back and edit the email as much as you need. It only take minutes to send the email.

5. Confirmation

Once all of your emails have been sent, you’ll receive a confirmation page on the screen.
